|Warren Barfield Signs New Booking Coantract with Third Coast Artists Agency
20 March 2006
Singer/songwriter Warren Barfield recently signed with top Nashville-based booking outfit Third Coast Artists Agency. With this new partnership, Barfield joins one of the industry’s most prominent agencies representing an exclusive roster of artists including Jeremy Camp, Nichole Nordeman, MercyMe and David Crowder Band.
Mike Snider, president and owner of TCAA, notes, “We are extremely excited for Warren Barfield to join the Third Coast team. His new record is in heavy rotation here at the office and he is connecting every night on the road. Warren is a special guy and we are thrilled to be a part of his career.”
Currently, Barfield is on the road with Shawn McDonald playing intimate venues across the country in support of the recent release of his sophomore album Reach on Essential Records. Recorded in Los Angeles with producer Marshall Altman (of Marc Broussard fame), Reach features a soulful-pop sound and captures the intensity of Barfield’s signature concert vocals. Barfield penned all 10 songs with three co-writes including the first radio single “Saved,” co-written with renowned Country music artist Bryan White.
Warren Barfield was one of the most successful acts to break in 2003, with his self-titled debut delivering two top ten singles with “My Heart Goes Out” and “Mistaken,” along with being voted the No. 1 New Artist of 2003 by R&R Magazine.
