We’re excited to let everyone know that Matthew has a new EP on iTunes today!

The Hold You Up EP is a 3 song project featuring the songs that Matthew has written for Klove’s Next Great Love Song promo. For the last three years, Matthew and KLOVE have partnered to offer listeners the opportunity to submit their love story for the chance to have Matthew write a song inspired by their story.

This year they collected over 4,000 stories and Matthew had only 2 days to write and record the new song. What came out of it is the beautiful new love song called, “Hold You Up”, inspired by the powerful love story of Ann & Jim Mathews in which Ann recounted her husband’s unconditional love during her near fatal battle with breast cancer.

In addition to the new song “Hold You Up”, the EP also features the never before released song from 2008, “Waiting For You”, as well as the fan favorite from last year, “When I Say I Do”.
