Iran Native Responds to Country's Turmoil 27 July 2009
It's now been one month since the woman known as Neda was killed while protesting the Iranian presidential election results.
Video of her death became the symbol of the anti-government movement.
Tuesday, protesters hoped to take to the streets in her memory, but pro-government security forces sent their plain-clothed militiamen out in force to clamp down on any possible gatherings or demonstrations.
Since the Iranian government has silenced protesters, those who support their cause around the world have been speaking out for them.
David Nasser was born in Iran and forced to flee the country with his family.
